Renting
conditions |
| To reserve the apartment we require a 20% deposit of the total of the letting. This deposit will be discounted against the last payment of your letting. Should you cancel your letting in total or part the deposit is not refundable. During your stay, should you, decide to shorten your stay the deposit will not be refunded or discounted. In case of “no show” without any notice on your behalf, the booking will be cancelled at 13.00 hours 2 days after the reserved arrival date. |
